Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. What you pay for

Premium costs ₹499. It gives you 15 days of everything — all 21 mock tests, all 136 video lessons, all 8 chapters of notes, every practice question and all 16 maths topics — and one live class with a trainer.

When the 15 days end you keep your account and all the free features.

2. Cancellation and refund

Cancel up to 24 hours before your session for a full ₹499 refund.

If we cancel or reschedule and the new date does not suit you, you get a full refund.

After you have attended a session, fees are non-refundable — the free re-attend offer applies instead.

3. Free re-attend

If you attend a full live training session and do not pass, you can attend again free — up to 2 more batches within 6 months. It applies when you attended the full session you registered for, your exam attempt was within 60 days of that session, and the exam is the IC-38 (POSP/agent) exam conducted by III.

4. How refunds are paid

Refunds reach the original payment method in 5–7 working days.

5. How to cancel or ask for a refund

WhatsApp +91 62819 76559 or email info@ic38prep.com with the phone number or email you signed up with and your payment reference number (UTR).
